Il est de 39 M\u20ac en 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-r-alisations-prim-es\">Des r\u00e9alisations prim\u00e9es<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bureaux, logements, programmes mixtes, h\u00f4tellerie, ses r\u00e9alisations ne passent pas inaper\u00e7ues. En effet, <strong>elles multiplient les r\u00e9compenses<\/strong>. Pour exemple, <strong>le nouveau si\u00e8ge du journal Le Monde<\/strong> \u00e0 Paris dans le 13<sup>e<\/sup> arrondissement a re\u00e7u le Grand Prix du Salon Immobilier d\u2019entreprise (SIMI) en d\u00e9cembre 2020. Le concept est de faire <strong>face \u00e0 des projets complexes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration de tous les m\u00e9tiers<\/strong>. L\u2019expertise, mais \u00e9galement l\u2019innovation et la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 sont mises au service de solutions performantes qui r\u00e9pondent aussi bien aux d\u00e9fis environnementaux actuels que sociaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-projets-mixtes-centr-s-sur-l-usage\">Des projets mixtes centr\u00e9s sur l\u2019usage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de coller aux plus pr\u00e8s aux probl\u00e9matiques et besoins actuels, Redman con\u00e7oit <strong>des constructions centr\u00e9es sur l\u2019usage<\/strong>. Elles doivent s\u2019adapter \u00e0 celui-ci et prendre en compte par exemple les pratiques de coworking ou de coliving. <strong>Il cr\u00e9e de vrais lieux de vie conforme aux attentes et pratiques actuelles et \u00e0 venir<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-villes-bas-carbone-et-inclusives\">Des villes bas carbone et inclusives<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Redman veut contribuer \u00e0 b\u00e2tir la ville bas-carbone et inclusive de demain. Pour cela, il veille \u00e0 concevoir <strong>des projets freinant l\u2019\u00e9talement urbain et favorisant la densit\u00e9<\/strong>. Il privil\u00e9gie \u00e9galement <strong>le d\u00e9veloppement des mobilit\u00e9s douces<\/strong>, <strong>multiplie les espaces verts et les plantations d\u2019arbres<\/strong> afin de lutter contre les ilots de chaleur et apporter du confort. Ses logements sont abordables et durables et construits avec des m\u00e9thodes faiblement carbon\u00e9es. On peut trouver parmi elles des enseignes comme Nature &amp; d\u00e9couverte, Vittel, Patagonia, Ulule, La Ruche qui dit Oui, etc. Cette certification illustre et encourage Redman \u00e0 travailler \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales et du d\u00e9r\u00e8glement climatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-promoteur-national-et-de-proximit\">Un promoteur national et de proximit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 sa cr\u00e9ation, Redman a install\u00e9 son si\u00e8ge social \u00e0 Paris, mais a ouvert simultan\u00e9ment une agence \u00e0 Aix-en-Provence. Pendant longtemps Redman M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e fut la structure la plus importante, mais d\u00e9sormais, la tendance s\u2019inverse. Quoiqu\u2019il en soit, Redman rayonne dans toute la France gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses <strong>5 implantations en r\u00e9gion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-redman-le-promoteur-engag\">Redman, le promoteur engag\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le promoteur tient \u00e0 ses principes. Parmi eux, on peut citer la volont\u00e9 de <strong>replanter des arbres pour toute op\u00e9ration immobili\u00e8re engag\u00e9e<\/strong>. Ainsi, en 2020, pr\u00e8s de 15&nbsp;000 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plant\u00e9s avec Reforest Action. Par ailleurs, toutes ses op\u00e9rations immobili\u00e8res sont livr\u00e9es avec une \u0153uvre d\u2019art relevant du <strong>label 1 immeuble 1 \u0153uvre.<\/strong> Il multiplie les partenariats et soutient des causes qui lui tiennent \u00e0 c\u0153ur comme celle de l\u2019association BBCA qui sensibilise sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de diminuer l\u2019empreinte carbone dans la construction. De plus, il sponsorise activement un sportif avec qui il partage les valeurs&nbsp;: le skippeur Antoine Carpentier sur le circuit des Class40 jusqu\u2019en 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-zoom-sur-ses-derniers-programmes-livr-s\"><strong>Zoom sur ses derniers programmes livr\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-epure-lyon-69\">EPURE, Lyon (69)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-zac-des-girondins\">La ZAC des Girondins<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le 7<sup>e<\/sup> arrondissement de Lyon, la ZAC des Girondins se situe dans le quartier de Gerland.&nbsp;Il est pr\u00e9vu d\u2019ici 2027 d&rsquo;y cr\u00e9er sur 17 ha un nouveau centre privil\u00e9giant la mixit\u00e9 sociale et fonctionnelle. 2900 logements, commerces, bureaux, \u00e9quipements public et priv\u00e9, v\u00e9g\u00e9tation durable, tout sera r\u00e9uni pour assurer une qualit\u00e9 de vie optimale aux r\u00e9sidents. L\u2019id\u00e9e est que le site devienne une alternative au centre d\u2019affaires de la Part-Dieu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-r-sidence\">La r\u00e9sidence<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Au 30 all\u00e9e L\u00e9opold Sedar Senghor, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.redman.fr\/portfolio\/epure-lyon-logements\/\" target=\"_blank\">le programme mixte EPURE<\/a> con\u00e7u par Redman et Youse et en collaboration avec le Dioc\u00e8se de Lyon et l\u2019Assomption Bellevue se dresse sur 10\u00a0900 m2. Il est aussi \u00e9coresponsable. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9 par le Troph\u00e9e 2019 de l\u2019Immobilier d\u2019Entreprise Le Progr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La livraison des logements a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-camp-aix-en-provence\">The CAMP, Aix-en-Provence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rue\u00a0Denis Papin, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.redman.fr\/portfolio\/the-camp-aix-en-provence\/\" target=\"_blank\">le programme mixte The Camp<\/a> est <strong>le premier campus europ\u00e9en consacr\u00e9 aux technologies num\u00e9riques<\/strong>. Lieu de rencontre, de formation, d\u2019exploration, il est un vrai laboratoire des nouveaux usages et outils de demain. Il regroupe des espaces de coworking, un amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre, des salles de sport, un restaurant, des espaces cr\u00e9atifs et <strong>130 lodges et 15 suites<\/strong>. Ceux-ci accueillent des occupants pour quelques jours ou quelques mois, selon les besoins. D\u00e9ploy\u00e9e sur un terrain de 7 ha, la construction futuriste, organique et lumineuse dessin\u00e9e par l\u2019architecte Corinne Vezzoni \u00e9voque les campements nomades.<strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"567\" height=\"303\" src=\"https:\/\/www.appartement-construction.com\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/promoteur-REdman-thecamp.jpg\" alt=\" The Camp\" class=\"wp-image-9020\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le projet se centre sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable<\/strong>. Ainsi 100 % de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 consomm\u00e9e est issus d\u2019\u00e9nergies renouvelables, le restaurant est v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien, un potager en permaculture est sur le site et l\u2019ensemble des bio-d\u00e9chets sont compost\u00e9s sur place. Les maitres d\u2019ouvrage sont Redman et Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Chevalier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;CAMP a re\u00e7u en 2017 le prix SIMI cat\u00e9gorie Immobilier de service et en 2018 le prix Born Awards. S\u2019y est install\u00e9 la Station F, le plus grand campus de startups au monde r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par Redman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flatmates se situe \u00e0 20 min \u00e0 pied de celle-ci. Elle se compose de <strong>100 logements meubl\u00e9s destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la colocation r\u00e9partis sur 3 b\u00e2timents<\/strong>. Propos\u00e9s en h\u00e9bergement temporaire aux entrepreneurs qui y sont en r\u00e9sidence, ils favorisent les \u00e9changes, le brainstorming et le vivre-ensemble. Spas, salle de fitness, laverie, caf\u00e9 \u00e9picerie, rooftop partag\u00e9, etc. Des services viennent compl\u00e9ter le programme. Les trois tours gris anthracite hautes de 16 \u00e9tages ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues par <strong>Wilmotte &amp; Associ\u00e9s<\/strong>.
